To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. All tags, labels, packaging, and boxes must be included and intact. Items showing signs of wear, alterations, or damage after delivery will not qualify for a return.    
To ensure your return is accepted, please submit your request within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe cannot be accommodated. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be processed.    

How to Request a Return    
Returning an item is easy. Simply email us at questixitsolutions@gmail.com with your Order ID, the reason for the return, and clear photos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.    
Once we review your submission, we will provide step-by-step instructions to complete the return. Please note that returns not meeting the conditions outlined in our policy may be declined.    
This process ensures your return is handled efficiently and fairly, allowing you to resolve any issues with your order promptly.    

Refund Process and Timeline    
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want your refund experience to be smooth and transparent. Once your returned item reaches us, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements.    
If the item complies with our standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will also receive an email confirming that the refund has been completed.    
If the item does not meet our return criteria, we may be unable to issue a refund. We appreciate your understanding and strive to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible.    

Partial Refund Guidelines
