At Hypecartz, operated by Questix It Solutions, we understand that plans can change. Whether you’ve had a change of heart about a statement necklace or realized a pair of sunglasses isn’t quite right for you, we aim to make canceling an order simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

Cancelling an Order Before Shipment   
We understand that you may sometimes change your mind after placing an order. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it within 24 hours of placement. You may also request a cancellation any time before the order is dispatched, provided the 24-hour window has not passed. Prompt action helps ensure a smooth process.   
To request a cancellation:

  • Include your order number and the reason for cancellation.  

Our team will review your request and confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.

If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped   
Once your selected accessories have left our warehouse and are in transit, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. However, you may still return the items once they arrive, provided the return meets the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.   
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Even if cancellation is no longer possible at this stage, our return process ensures your satisfaction and peace of mind.   

Making Changes to an Order   
Once an order is placed, we are currently unable to make any modifications, including updating products, changing the shipping address, or correcting contact information. If you notice any discrepancies, the best approach is to cancel the order within the eligible window and place a new one with the correct details.
